regex-blacklist.txt: Download/view
A set of advanced regular expression rules for blocking domains. Use this for more flexible and powerful blocking (e.g., blocking patterns, not just specific domains).

whitelist.txt: Download/view
A whitelist of domains that should never be blocked, even if they match a blacklist or regex rule. Use this to prevent false positives and ensure access to important domains.

Note: The whitelist is a separate category from the blacklist.
Blacklist = block these domains (or patterns).
Whitelist = always allow these domains, even if they match a blacklist or regex rule.
